Options/Rates:
Use of
the main room for one day: $500
(room
available from noon to midnight):
Set-up
fee: $150
(applicable if any re-arrangement of the room must be done to
accommodate the event. Fee includes post-event clean-up)
Attendance fee: $75
(applicable if the owner must be present during the
event for any reason. Examples would include making coffee [provided at
no extra charge if attendance fee is paid], selling beer/wine, checking
coats, etc.)
Clean-up fee: $75
(applicable if any clean-up is required after the
event. Not applicable if the Set-up fee is paid)
Use of
the kitchen: $350
(includes use of the stove, pots/pans, dishwasher,
refrigerator, plates/glasses/silverware)
Thank you so much for
making Charlie’s birthday weekend work. The Inn and your hospitality
were impressive. The candle-lit birthday dinner and sitting around the
fire were memorable. Who would think that two days with no electricity
and 0-100 weather could work out so well.

Thank you for a
wonderful stay under very difficult circumstances. The heavy wind and
loss of power made all of Westport into a ‘back-to-nature’ setting. It
was great fun to adapt to these trying circumstances and work together
through all the challenges. Thank you also for the use of the kitchen
as we strived to make the Cerf celebration fun and memorable for
everyone!
